Cancellation & Refund Policy

ZEN SOFTWARE is committed to helping its customers as much as possible and therefore has a liberal cancellation policy. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within Not Applicable of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to vendors or merchants and the shipping process has begun.

ZEN SOFTWARE does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, etc. However, a refund or replacement may be provided if the customer can prove that the quality of the delivered product is unsatisfactory.

In case of damaged or defective items, customers should report the issue to our Customer Service team. Requests will be processed only after the merchant has verified and confirmed the problem, and such reports should be made within Not Applicable of receiving the products.

If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the website or does not meet your expectations, please inform our Customer Service team within Not Applicable of receipt. The team will review your complaint and decide on the appropriate resolution.

For complaints regarding products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, customers should refer the issue directly to the manufacturer. In cases where a refund is approved by ZEN SOFTWARE, it will take Not Applicable for the refund to be processed and issued to the customer.
